Join us on Saturday 25th November

Thanks to funding from Natural Resources Wales, Groundwork North Wales are running 2 free nature-based winter craft events around the Wrexham area on Saturday 25th November 2023, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

In the morning from 10 am - 1 pm there is a Winter Walk and Wreath Making session at Kings Mill, Wrexham, LL13 0NS.

The Groundwork North Wales team are asking people to wrap up warm and join them for a nature walk around Kings Mill followed by a craft session making a beautiful seasonal wreath using traditional foliage and other natural materials to take home.

In the afternoon of Saturday 25th November from 2.30 pm – 5.30 pm there is a special craft event at Minera Lead Mines, Wrexham LL11 3DU.

The local community are invited to join the team at the Lead Mines and to get crafty creating a decorative Miniature Winterscape to take home using wood and natural materials from around the country park

Both events are free of charge and suitable for adults (& children over 12). As spaces are limited, people are encouraged to book early to secure a place.
