Groundwork North Wales delivers place-based projects that combine environmental improvement with community involvement. From regenerating green spaces and local heritage sites and enhancing biodiversity to supporting climate adaptation and sustainable land use, our work strengthens both the environment and the people connected to it. We believe lasting change happens when communities are actively involved in shaping and caring for the places around them.
