2020 Events and Workshops at Venue in the Park
Groundwork North Wales are now leasing the conference room at Alyn Waters Country park. It has been rebranded as Venue in the Park and has been launched as a great venue for hire and also where Groundwork North Wales are running regular craft workshops, craft fairs and family events.
Recent events this Autumn /Winter have included a very popular wreath-making workshop, a family breakfast with Santa event and a Christmas craft and gift fair. All have proved really popular and make an exciting addition to the ‘what's on’ calendar in the local area.
Looking ahead to 2020 there are even more events planned, we have a tabletop sale planned for Saturday 15th February and a Mosaic Workshop on Saturday, February 22nd .
We are very excited to be running our first Food Fair on Saturday, March 21st and another Craft fair on the 25th April.
The School Easter holidays will see Easter Holiday activities for the family and all our events can be found on our facebook page @gwknorthwales.
Venue in the Park also provides additional opportunities for the in-house work and volunteering programme based at Caffi Cyfle (next door). By supporting these great events you are supporting the lives of individuals with all abilities through our in-house work and volunteering programme.
